At Dimora Design, we aim to provide clear and straightforward shipping options to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Cost: Determined by the total weight of your order.
Free Shipping: Orders with standard delivery items only and with a cart value of £299 or more (excluding taxes) qualify for free standard shipping.
Availability: Standard shipping is available to all UK regions.

Some larger and heavier items require Two Man Delivery.

Cost: Determined by the size and weight of your order.
Combined Orders: If your order includes both standard items and a Two Man Delivery item, you will only be charged the Two Man Delivery fee.
Free Two Man Delivery: Orders with a cart value of £599 or more (excluding taxes) qualify for free Two Man Delivery.
Availability: Two Man Delivery is not available to Northern Ireland at this time.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days; however, unpredictable circumstances may cause delays. Two Man delivery may take additional time to schedule.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the type of items ordered. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout.
