Refund and Returns Policy

At Dimora Design, we want you to love your purchase as much as we do. Please see our refunds and return policy below to understand our guidelines.


30-Day Return Policy

We provide a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. This means you must contact us within 30 days if you wish to return an item. After this period, we cannot accept returns. In accordance with UK law, you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, which is included within our 30-day return window.

To start a return, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Please also including your order number. Once your request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping Costs

Obtaining and paying for return shipping labels, packaging and shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once we have received and inspected the returned item. We will notify you if the refund has been approved, and once confirmed, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days after inspection; never longer than 14 days after we receive the return. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within ten business days, please check with your bank first, and then contact us if the issue has not been resolved.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and returned in their original packaging with all supplied parts included. Products that have been installed, show signs of use, or are returned incomplete or damaged in ways not caused by us cannot be accepted. A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and return address will be provided by email. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The quickest way to receive the product you want is to return the original item, and once the return has been approved, place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return or collection costs. Please email photos and your order number to support@dimoradesign.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve this quickly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe of seven to ten business days, we ask that you first contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary. If you have already done this and the refund has still not appeared, please contact us at support@dimoradesign.co.uk and we will investigate further.
